Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
• Free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed in accordance with our approval guidelines. Voyar Eyewear reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Customers may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to:

• Product availability.
• Successful quality inspection of the returned item.
• The product being unused and returned in its original packaging and condition.

If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal or higher value by paying the applicable price difference.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
• Items showing signs of wear, scratches, modifications, or tampering.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
• Clearance, promotional, or special-sale items, unless received in a defective condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

All returned and exchanged products undergo a quality inspection before approval. Voyar Eyewear reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with this policy.
